These terms apply to your use of treatfolio.com. By reading the folio or using the subscription form you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

TreatFolio is an independent editorial page about sweet-themed puzzle games distributed through Google Play. Everything published here is the opinion of the desk, formed after installing and playing each title. It is commentary, not advice, and it is not a recommendation to install anything in particular.

Independence

• This site displays no advertising banners and sells no advertising placements.
• No studio, publisher or agency pays to appear in the folio, to be positioned higher in it, or to influence what an entry says.
• Store links are ordinary links to Google Play. They are not commissioned links and they carry no tracking parameters of ours.
• The planned Plus membership is the only support model we intend to introduce. It is still being activated: no payment is taken, no card details are collected, and the button on the home page only records interest through the subscription form.
• If any of this ever changes, the change will be published here first.

Accuracy of what you read

Ratings, rating counts, prices and store descriptions are copied from Google Play listings for Australia on the day an entry is published, and they change without notice afterwards. Always treat the store listing as the current source. We correct errors when they are pointed out; write to info@treatfolio.com if you find one.

Intellectual property

Game titles, icons, store screenshots and studio names remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced here for the purpose of review and comment. The editorial text, the structure of the folio and the design of this site belong to TreatFolio. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back; wholesale copying is not permitted.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, to collect data from it by automated means at a rate that affects other readers, or to present its contents as your own. Access may be suspended where use of the site causes harm to it or to other people.

Disclaimers and your consumer rights

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose, and we are not responsible for third-party sites you reach through our links or for anything that happens inside a game you install.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Age

This site is not intended for people under 15 years of age, and the mailing list is open only to people of that age or older.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the laws of Australia that apply in that state. Disputes are to be dealt with by the courts of South Australia, without affecting any right you have to bring a matter before a regulator or a tribunal in the state or territory where you live.
